Nissan has unveiled its 2014 Versa Note at the 2013 North American International Auto Show (NAIAS). The new design aims to improve fuel economy through improved aerodynamics and has a drag coefficient of 0.298, achieved with the aid of Nissan's first Active Grille Shutter. The Versa Note, which uses the carmaker's global ‘V' platform, sits on a long wheelbase of 2,600mm and has short front and rear overhangs.
Audi TT RS official launch at Geneva 2009
We have written quite a bit about Audi’s latest hot TT RS, some of it speculative, some of it factual. Audi got the ball rolling ahead of the Geneva 2009 launch for the Audi TT RS by issuing a set of teaser images.
The new Skoda Octavia was unveiled earlier this week in the Czech brand's museum at its home in Mladá Boleslav, Czech Republic. Car Design News was in attendance to check out the third generation of what the company calls ‘the heart of Skoda'. The new Octavia is the fourth model in the Volkswagen Group to be built on the new MQB (Modularer Querbaukasten) platform.
